Preparing and using your Cacao

Please visit our Working with your Cacao page to learn about preparing, storing and using your cacao.

Dosage suggestions are included here, please seek medical advice as needed.

Ethical responsibility

All our cacao is ethically sourced and fairly traded, supporting the indigenous Tribes and land from where it originates.

All cacao and postage packaging is 100% recyclable and we encourage you to reuse your packaging where possible.

Delivery

Delivery is available within the UK only.

All standard orders are sent using Royal Mail24 (First class Signed For)

Orders are dispatched on Tuesdays and Fridays each week.

If an order is returned to us as ‘return to sender/undelivered’ the postage cost to reship will be the customer’s responsibility.

We will not be liable for any delay in the delivery of your order whatsoever including but not limited to force majeure events. These are circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Local collection can be arranged in Hangleton (West Hove) or central Brighton.

For larger orders, please contact us to enquire about delivery rates.

Returns

Our Ceremonial Cacao is organic and unprocessed. Cacao in this pure state often contains a natural white marbling or bubbled appearance. This is by no means an indication of poor quality and no grounds for a refund.

We always aim for our customers to love our products and be happy with their order. If you have any concerns or questions, please get in touch via the Contact page or email and we will do our best to help and resolve the issue.
